While we try to be available when you most need us, there will be times when we can’t be, as our services are busy.
Westminster Surgery is a part of One Ellesmere Port Primary Care Network (PCN). The PCN is a collaboration of the 6 GP Practices from across the town who are working together to develop better services for our patient population.
Our PCN now provides additional appointments during weekday evenings and on a Saturday:
Monday – Thursday: 6:30pm to 8:00pm
Friday 6:30pm to 8:00pm (Held in Great Sutton Medical Centre or York Road Group Practice)
Saturday: 9:00am to 5:00pm (Held in Great Sutton Medical Centre or York Road Group Practice)
These appointments are available for patients registered at all 6 GP Practices and therefore you maybe asked to attend an alternative GP Practice, if suitable.
You can book these appointments in the usual manner via Westminster Surgery.

If you need to see a doctor urgently, please telephone the NHS 111 helpline. Dial 111. All telephone calls to 111 are free from landlines and mobiles. Your medical healthcare need will be handled by NHS 111 and passed to Western Cheshire Out of Hours Service if appropriate. This service is for those with urgent healthcare needs which cannot wait until the GP Practice opens.
